If you wish to rent a unit, each individual adult must complete an application. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 per person and picture I.D. is required in advanced to process your application. If a co-signer is needed, he or she must fill out a co-signer agreement and an application and also provide a $25.00 processing fee and a picture identification card.
